Ridiculous Sunday brought to the stage in writer’s last work

Ridiculous Sunday brought to the stage in writer’s last work

On the 50th commemoration of Bloody Sunday another dramatic creation will have its debut.

Thirteen individuals were killed and 15 injured on 30 January 1972 when individuals from the Army’s Parachute Regiment started shooting at a social equality exhibition in Londonderry.

The White Handkerchief, recounting the tale of that day, is crafted by writer Liam Campbell.

He dealt with it for a very long time perusing, exploring and talking with families.

Mr Campbell passed on in December 2021, half a month after this meeting was recorded.

These are his considerations on his last work.
