Kanye West has supposedly recruited Hollywood Unlocked blogger Jason Lee as his new media director.
As per sources, the rapper has looked for help from the site’s frontman to deal with his public picture and merchant bargains, after a series of eruptions following his separation from alienated spouse Kim Kardashian.
The recruiting may shock numerous after Jason had to apologize after Hollywood Unlocked erroneously guaranteed that The Queen had passed on.
A source told The Sun: ‘Presently Jason is working for him in the job of a media administrator, helping merchant arrangements and he is in control with his public picture.
‘From the external it appears to be absolutely unusual to take him on, particularly after what occurred with the Queen.
‘Be that as it may, he needs to be encircled by individuals who realize how the media game functions and figures he imparts a dream to Jason.’
Newssourge has reached agents for Kanye West and Jason Lee for input.
Last month Jason was forced to apologize after his website shared an report claiming that The Queen had passed away, days after Buckingham Palace confirmed she’d tested positive for Covid.
He originally stood by the site’s claims, writing: ‘We don’t post lies and I always stand by my sources. Waiting for an official statement from the palace.’
However in a now-deleted tweet, the outlet later shared a statement that read: ‘It was an accident and we’re working hard to make sure that this mistake never happens again. The intern journalist was misinformed and published the draft post by mistake,
Lee himself also posted: ‘Although I’ve never been wrong when breaking a story because this involves The Queen this is one time I would want to be.
‘And based on Wednesday’s report from the Palace, I can say my sources got this wrong and I sincerely apologise to The Queen and the Royal Family.’
In recent weeks Kanye has shared a string of outbursts on social media in the midst of his bitter split from wife Kim.
The hitmaker recently hinted at his pain in the divorce with an Instagram post on Friday in another poem, comparing it to having
‘full blown Covid’ and feeling as though he’s been ‘walking on glass.’
Kanye’s post also likened divorce to feeling as though ‘your kids were snatched from your control’ and as though ‘you’ve been shot and traffic is slow.’
It has been an eventful few days for the artist as he recently took aim at Kim’s new boyfriend Pete Davidson.
Kanye’s music video Easy showed the rapper burying a replica of Pete and decapitating him in shocking footage, days after ex-wife Kim was declared ‘legally single’ by a judge.
West, who collaborated with The Game on the track, rapped:
‘God saved me from the crash, just so I can beat Pete Davidson’s a**.’
In the clay-animated clip, Kanye kidnapped Pete in the video and threw a bag over his head before tying him up and throwing him on the back of an all-terrain vehicle.
Kanye ended the clip with a direct message to the Saturday Night Live star:
‘Everyone lived happily ever after, except Skete’ before crossing out the name and writing ‘you know who.’
‘We havin’ the best divorce ever,’
he rapped in the song. ‘If we go to court, we’ll go to court together. Matter of fact, pick up your sis, we’ll go to Kourt’s together. I watched four kids for like five hours today.
‘I wear these Yeezy boots everywhere, even in the shower today. I got love for the nannies, but real family is better. The cameras watch the kids, y’all stop takin’ the credit.’
On Wednesday, a Los Angeles judge granted her request to to become legally single while issues of child custody and property are worked out.
Judge Steve Cochran granted her request to have her maiden name restored, and he denied West’s motion to prevent Kardashian from transferring assets out of trusts set up during the marriage.
