This late spring these women are loosening up from the pressure of Hollywood by taking in the serene Mediterranean Sea as they visit Porto Cervo in Sardinia, an enormous island off the bank of Italy.
Outline beating artist Mary J Blige and Empire entertainer Taraji P Henson – who are both 51-years of age and just four months separated – were seen on Thursday flaunting their amazing fit figures.
Blige looked dynamite in a charming yellow string swimsuit with a strap back as her buddy of 13 years Henson wore a pink and yellow bridle top two piece as they absorbed the sun on the deck of an enormous yacht.

Blige looked to enjoy every bit of her sun-soaked vacation and appeared to be in the party spirit, enjoying a few drinks and twerking that shapely beach body figure in her skimpy yellow bikini.
It was a string bikini in a canary yellow with a triangle top and skimpy briefs.
There was also a young, slender mystery man on board. He had short hair, a mustache with dark sunglasses on. He covered up in a light gray clingy top and added black shorts.
Mary was joined by Henson who had on a cute suit that consisted of a halter style top and hip hugging briefs with a ring on the side.
The pair seemed to be having the ultimate girls trip as they raised a few glasses of rose wine, chilled out on their inflatable boat and had fun in the Sardinian heat.
Henson and Blige have been friends ever since working together on the 2009 film I Can Do Bad All By Myself.
Henson has been vocal about singing Blige’s praises. ‘She sings from her heart,’ Henson said.

At Henson’s Hollywood Walk Of Fame Star ceremony, the Blige complimented her friend.
‘You have been a total inspiration to me. … We meet people in the industry and they’re not nice,’
Blige said.
‘I’ve never had a friend that I can call while I’m on set and say, ‘How do I do this as an actress’ and you helped me when I needed help. And in my mind, that’s rare, because people don’t share and you’re a sharer. So thank you for being a giver and a sharer.’

Henson sang Blige’s single Just Fine as Blige shocked the actress by popping up on stage.
This sighting in Italy comes after Janet Jackson made a surprise appearance at the Billboard Music Awards in May to honor Blige.
After stepping into the spotlight, rarely-seen star Janet was treated to a standing ovation from the adoring crowd.
She then turned her attention to Mary and gave a touching speech in tribute to the ‘Family Affair’ hitmaker.
Janet said: ‘Mary J Blige represents truth. Her work has always given us comfort because she sings me, she sings you …
‘Her work has always given us comfort because she sings me, she sings you.’
Janet then went on to reference one of Mary’s most famous songs, No More Drama, saying: ‘I reminisce, but I’m not going to cry because even though sometime sit feels like everyday it rains, I’ve got no more drama.
‘I’m just fine with my life, my life, my life, my life in the sunshine.’
Mary then fought back tears as she thanked Janet and gave an emotional speech with nods to her family and friends.
She said:
‘What an icon means to me is overcoming obstacles to accomplish the unthinkable and be widely admired for having influence over a multitude of people, and that is what I’ve always represented.’
Mary then joked:
‘I was ghetto fabulous, and I still am … So ghetto, so fabulous, and people were threatened by that.’
The singer went on to say:
‘The message in my music has always been that we are not alone in our struggles. And I’m not alone now. For so long, I was searching for a real love, but I finally found my real love. And that real love is me.’
She concluded her speech by thanking her fans, saying: ‘I’m so grateful to have you’.
